Breast Feeding Support Program:
We are excited to offer a breast feeding support program for new mothers. Free group visits with a lactation consultant are available for mothers and their babies who are less than 6 weeks old and are established patients in the practice. The support program is held on Wednesday afternoons at 2pm at our 3 Mile location. Call our office if you have questions or make an appointment!
Parents of High Scool Students Playing Sports:
If your adolescent will be needing a sports physicial form completed for the 2012 - 2013 school year, it is now time to call the office to schedule your well care visit. Be sure to bring your sports physical form with you for completion.
